Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping*! Enjoy Free International Shipping on orders over USD $49.

*Please note: Certain restrictions apply to specific products. For example, items like power banks cannot be shipped internationally, and shipping to some countries may be temporarily suspended.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times depend on your location. Orders processed within our facility typically arrive within 5-7 business days for domestic destinations. International deliveries may take 7-16 business days. Detailed tracking information will be included in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We partner with major carriers and trusted local couriers to ensure reliable delivery. You'll be able to choose a delivery method during checkout.

Why isn’t my tracking number updating?

This could be due to several reasons:

  • In Transit: Your order may be on its way to the destination country or at the local post office, waiting to be scanned and processed. Allow a few days for updates, as scanning may be delayed.
  • Customs Clearance: If your order has arrived in your country, it might be undergoing customs inspection. Tracking updates will be unavailable until customs clearance is completed. Processing times vary by country.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders (both domestic and international) typically require up to 4 business days for processing and shipment, excluding peak periods.* Orders placed after business hours on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will begin processing the following business day.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via major credit cards, including Visa and MasterCard, as well as PayPal.

In which currencies are your prices displayed?

To accommodate our global customers, all prices on our online store are shown in USD, EUR, HKD, Etc ...

How can I check my order status?

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this number to monitor the status of your package. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear in the courier’s system.

Can I modify or change my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please email us at info@amazingthing.com with “CHANGE” and your order number in the subject line. Unfortunately, if the order has already been dispatched, we’re unable to modify its contents.

If you received the wrong item, you have two options:

  1. Place a new order for the correct product on our website. You can return the incorrect, unused item in its original packaging to us for a refund once received.
  2. Wait to receive the incorrect item, then send it back to us. We’ll dispatch the correct product after receiving the returned item.

*Please note: We cannot cover any additional shipping fees incurred in this process.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet and you wish to cancel, please email us at info@amazingthing.com with “CANCEL” and your order number in the subject line. Once an order has shipped, we can no longer cancel or modify it.

Please ensure all order details are correct before confirmation. Once placed, cancellations or changes are not guaranteed, even if the order status shows as “Unfulfilled” or “Pending Fulfillment.”

Please note:

  • Return shipping fees are not covered.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition with packaging intact.
