Warranty Terms & Conditions

  • 1 Year Limited Warranty Our products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, provided they are used under normal conditions and for their intended purpose. This warranty covers all functional aspects of the product under normal use. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by the warranty. This warranty applies exclusively to products purchased directly from the official AMAZINGthing website or from authorized retailers.

AMAZINGthing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of its products. The total liability of AMAZINGthing and its suppliers is strictly limited to the price paid for the product. To make a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase from the official AMAZINGthing website or an authorized reseller.

  • How to Make a Claim Please contact our support team at contact@amazingthing.com with the following details:
    - Order information
    - A description of the fault or damage
    - Photographs of the issue (if applicable) to expedite the claims process

  • Maintenance Service If repair service is required, you may need to send the defective product to the AMAZINGthing Repair Center for inspection. After assessing the issue, AMAZINGthing will repair or replace the product under the warranty policy. The customer is responsible for the shipping fee to return the product to their address.

Our Warranty Policy

Our manufacturer’s warranty does not alter or limit your rights under the laws of the country where you purchased the AMAZINGthing product. AMAZINGthing does not warrant or assume responsibility for any third-party products or devices used with AMAZINGthing products.

If a material or workmanship defect arises within the warranty period, and a valid claim is submitted, we may, at our discretion:

  1. Repair the product using new or refurbished parts;

  2. Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit;

  3. Refund the purchase price of the defective product.

This limited warranty does not cover third-party software, configuration content, or links included with or downloaded to the product. AMAZINGthing does not guarantee compatibility with third-party hardware or software, uninterrupted operation, or the correction of errors.

We cannot guarantee the availability of specific styles, colors, or products when processing warranty claims. If a product is no longer in production, AMAZINGthing reserves the right to offer store credit equal to the original purchase price. Products sold at final discounted prices due to discontinuation or liquidation are sold "as is" and are not eligible for warranty claims, returns, or replacements.

Exclusions from the Limited Warranty The limited warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from negligence, misuse, wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions (e.g., dropping the product).

  • Replacement or costs associated with non-AMAZINGthing devices or personal property inside or outside the product.

Important Information

  • Any parts replaced under warranty become the property of AMAZINGthing.

  • AMAZINGthing Repair Center may charge a maintenance fee for products found to be outside the scope of this warranty.

  • AMAZINGthing is not responsible for the loss or damage of data stored on products during repair or replacement. Customers should back up all important content before returning items for warranty service.

Warranty Governing Law

Warranty Governing Law This warranty is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. It does not affect any additional rights you may have under local consumer protection laws.

Definitions

  • Customer: The individual who owns the product, referred to as "you."

  • AMAZINGthing: AMAZINGthing Technology (Hong Kong) Limited, with its registered office at Room B, 4/F, Gee Hing Chang Industrial Building, 16 Cheung Yue St, Lai Chi Kok, Hong Kong.

  • Product: The AMAZINGthing product that is:

  • Accompanied by this warranty; and

  • Purchased directly from AMAZINGthing or an authorized dealer (not applicable to used or refurbished purchases).
